Krudowski's paintings were mostly of religious themes. When a student of the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, he befriended the Polish painter Jan Styka. They lived together in Rome for a while, living on scholarships from the Academy, and painted each others' portraits in the 1880s before moving to Krackow to pursue their careers.
